Edit step names and connections
Change a task name or its next step without rebuilding the diagram.

Before you start
Open a diagram you can edit and show Table. Check the breadcrumb to confirm which level you are editing.
Steps
Rename a step
Edit Content in the relevant row. Check that the same step on the canvas shows the updated name.
Actual screen: Receive, Check details, and Complete entered in the table and displayed in the diagram. What to checkThe corresponding canvas step shows the new name.
Change its destination
To change the sequence, open Next Step, change the target, and save. Check the arrows as well as the row order.

Review your changes
Use Undo if a change was unintended. Once the result is correct, check the save status.

Check your result
Your edited name and connection appear on the canvas, while the other steps you wanted to keep remain intact.
If something goes wrong
Code is a read-only view for viewing and copying. Make changes in Table. If editing is unavailable, check your permissions and the current level.
Common questions
Does rearranging rows change the flow?
Do not rely on row order alone. Check each Next Step cell and the actual arrows.
I made a mistake
Try Undo first. Reloading the page can lose unsaved changes.
