Create a diagram
Define steps and connections in a table to build a readable workflow.

Before you start
Sign in and create a new diagram. Prepare short names for the start, finish, and main steps in your process.
Steps
Choose a blank diagram or template
Choose the blank option when selecting how to start, then open Table. Choose a template instead if you want to adapt an existing example.

Enter the step names
Use Add Step to add rows and enter the task names in Content. For example, create Receive, Check details, and Complete.

Choose each destination
Open each Next Step cell, choose its target, and save. For a branch, set Type to Decision and configure the targets and conditions.

The red box marks where to act or check. Silent video with captions. Video data loads when you press play. The written steps above cover the same operation.

Follow the arrows and save
Follow the arrows from start to finish on the canvas. Fix any missing steps or connections in the table, then save from the File menu.

Check your result
The step names and arrows match your process, and you can reopen the saved diagram.
If something goes wrong
If you start with AI, describe the process, its start and finish, and its main steps. Results can vary: check the steps and connections rather than expecting an identical picture. Correct the result in the table.

Should I include every detail immediately?
Start with the main steps. Break long descriptions into detail flows once the overview is clear.
Can I edit an AI-generated diagram?
Check and edit names, types, and connections in Table. Review whether the result matches your process before saving.
