Save and reopen a diagram
Resolve an unsaved state and confirm that the same diagram can be reopened from the dashboard.

Before you start
Open an editable diagram and check the account and diagram name. Follow the app's guidance on permissions, plans, and limits.
Steps
Check the name and save status
Check the diagram name and save status at the top. If it is unsaved or an error appears, investigate before closing the page.

Save to the cloud
Choose File → Cloud Save. Wait while saving and check the completion or error message. Save in Connection Settings confirms the connections; also check the diagram's cloud save status.

Reopen the same diagram
After saving completes, open the same diagram from the dashboard. Confirm that Receive, Check details, and Complete remain, and that you can enter the detail flow.

Keep data locally if needed
To keep editable data locally, check whether File → Export → Data → JSON is available. Choose editable data or a viewing format such as PNG or PDF according to your purpose.

Check your result
Reopening the diagram under the same account preserves steps, arrows, and detail flows.
If something goes wrong
Check connectivity, sign-in, editing permissions, and limit messages. Do not reload unsaved work. If you need a temporary backup, check the available data export options.
Common questions
Can I close after saving Connection Settings?
Also check cloud save status. Make sure the top of the editor does not show an unsaved state or error.
I cannot find my saved diagram
Check the account, location, and name used when saving. Remove search filters and check again.
